Thank you for shopping with us, and we hope you enjoy your purchase! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Some items are ready to ship, while others, especially customized and personalized orders, are “printed on demand”. All “ready to ship” orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped. POD (Print on Demand) and all customized/personalized orders are processed, printed and shipped within 5 – 7 business days. PLEASE NOTE: If your order contains both ready to ship and POD items, your items will be shipped together, and the order processing and shipping time is 5 – 7 business days.

Orders are not shipped by us on weekends or holidays, and depending on sales and production volume, your order may take longer to process and ship. We may also implement Order Cut Off Times, which will be posted on the website. Orders may also not be delivered on weekends or holidays, so please check with the shipper or use your tracking information for delivery information.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Production and delivery delays can, and occasionally do occur, for reasons beyond our control. Please feel free to Contact Us with any questions and please reference your Order Confirmation email and Order Shipped email for any tracking information regarding your shipment.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

The Phone Caddy ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, where allowed by applicable laws and regulations.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after shipment has been picked up by shipper, or whenever their normal tracking is made available.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Phone Caddy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Phone Caddy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
